In this season of change, I bring news of yet another transition within our Association. Rev. Jim Nolan has announced his decision to retire from active ministry. I share with you his words: “I have concluded that I want, and need to spend more time with my ever-expanding and widespread family. So, therefore, it feels right and ready for me to formally retire from active ministry, not to mention from a half century of working life…For those who will be disappointed by my decision, I ask forgiveness; for those who have a heart to understand, I ask blessing.”

We appreciate Jim’s presence and work during his tenure with us, and we wish him well in this new season of his journey.

For now, should you need administrative support for Association matters, please contact the Association office at 614-885-0722. If you reach voice mail, please leave your contact information along with the reason for your call. Your call will be returned by the end of the next business day.

Grace and Peace,

Rev. Patricia E. H. Battle

Association Pastor

From the Association Pastor:

May you experience and share God’s Love in new and deeper ways ……………………
Do you ever sing to God and imagine Him singing to you???

No matter what is going on in your life today, take the time to sing to our Lord and bless His name.

More Than Anything
(Song by Lamar Campbell)

I lift my hands in total adoration unto You
You reign on the throne
For You are God and God alone
Because of You my cloudy days are gone
I can sing to You this song
I just want to say that I love You more than anything…

I love You Jesus
I worship and adore You
Just want to tell You
Lord, I love You more than anything

Seeing God in Everything…Sing His praises,

Rev. Patricia E. H. Battle
Servant of God

Imagining a Different Conference

You are invited to help the Conference Vision Team! Recently, a team of 15 representatives from Associations and Conference forwarded a report to the Board of Directors. That report imagined different ways to shape the Ohio Conference and its Associations.
